Fair Play Vouchers opening 22/1/2020

FairPlay Round 2 opens Wednesday 22 January 2020!

What's the program about?

Parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $150 for their child or young person, which can be used towards membership, registration or participation fees with registered activity providers.

Who's eligible? Eligible applicants are Queensland children and young people aged 5 to 17 (inclusive) who either: hold or whose parent/carer/guardian holds a valid Department of Human Services Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card with the child’s name on it; or are identified by a registered referral agent. Please note that there is a limit of one voucher per child/young person per calendar year, applications are open twice a year. If a child receives a voucher in the summer (January-April) round of the program, they will not be eligible to apply for the winter (July-September) round of the same year.

What's new?  Clubs are now being referred to as 'Activity Providers' as the eligibility has opened up to not-for-profit community organisations who provide structured physical activity as part of their programs. This means that the club locator will now be referred to as the Activity Provider directory and the form you complete to change your organisation's details is the Activity Provider update form.
