National Volunteer Week - Changing communities, changing lives!

This week is National Volunteer Week, we wanted to showcase one of our Lifetime members:

Position: Committee member, Premier Reserves Ladies Coach First joined club: 1984 Future with the club: To be involved with the club as long as they need me (that could be a lifetime) Most memorable moments: 1. Making my debut for 1st division in 1985 2. Becoming a life member in 2005 3. Winning numerous Premierships and Grand finals as a player and a Coach, especially the 1988 under 18's (colts) came from last on the ladder to defeat Noosa in the Grand final 4. Being nominated for the 'Ken and Claire Pitcher' Outstanding Achiever Award and actually winning it! (Glad someone thought the field lines were straight). 5. Representing my club as a player in Colts and Seniors for the Sunshine Coast Every year there is a memorable moment at this club, the fact that we have the best grounds on the coast and fantastic members! #GreenMachine #BeeGees #ourclub #supportyourclub #Volunteers #changingcommunitieschanginglives
